Our story begins with our founder and designer Dennis, who grew up admiring the way his mother would transform simple outfits into statements of elegance with small details like brooches and pins. This early appreciation for the art of accessorising left a lasting impression on him, later shaping his vision for TESUI. As he delved into the world of men’s fine jewelry, Dennis felt frustrated by the lack of unique and—most importantly—versatile options available. He envisioned something different: an accessory that could embody originality, elevate formalwear, but serve more than just one purpose.
After moving to London, Dennis’ creative journey deepened, as he came in contact with the storied streets of Hatton Garden, the city’s historic heart of jewelry-making. It was here that his vision for Tesui began to take shape—and where he met his Italian collaborator, Andrea. With years of experience in luxury retail and a shared passion for design and aesthetics, Andrea joined Dennis in bringing TESUI to life.
Together, they turned to the lapel pin—steeped in history yet often overlooked—as Tesui’s canvas for reinvention. Drawing on his passion for craftsmanship and design, Dennis reimagined the lapel pin as a modern heirloom—an accessory that transforms effortlessly with the wearer, offering him versatility and timeless appeal. Meticulously handcrafted with functionality at its core, TESUI pins transition effortlessly from lapel to pendant, from formal to casual, offering many possibilities while remaining small yet impactful, subtle yet bold.
